Transfers typically take anywhere between 15-30 days once submitted by the client (this is industry standard). Pension transfers can take longer due to additional documentation and government regulation.
You are able to track your client's transfer by visiting their profile and selecting the account that the transfer is set up on. You will see a banner at the top that shows the expected arrival date.
Check your activity feed on your advisor portal to stay up to date on any transfers requiring action. You will also receive an email from our team.
